Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we do not guarantee any refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Many types of property are exempt from return.
For hygiene reasons, no exchange or refund is applicable on underwear and jerseys.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your receipt is received and inspected, if you are approved, your payment will be automatically processed by your credit card or original payment method, within a certain time.
Regularly priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale can not be refunded.
