We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Return the product to Boutique Option by shipping or drop it off directly at the branch. The branch will then arrange for it to be shipped to us. Upon receipt of your return, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
____
All returns must be made within 7 days of the date on the packing slip. Items marked down by 50% or more are considered final sales. Therefore, we cannot process returns or exchanges on these sale items. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, returns can be dropped off directly in-store. We will then return your package to our head office, where your return will be processed. For full details, please see our return policy.
