Once you've submitted your return request, follow the instructions to return your package to our online returns department. We'll notify you when we receive it. Refunds are issued upon receipt and typically appear on your credit card statements within 24 to 48 hours.

Liability in case of confirmed delivery
Our obligation is to ship and deliver the purchased product(s) to the address provided by the customer. Once the carrier provides us with proof of delivery, we consider our obligation fulfilled.
Boutique Option cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. In the event of a problem, it is the customer's responsibility to:
- Check with your neighbors, the concierge, or the post office.
- Contact the carrier directly for more information.
- If necessary, file a claim with your home insurance or banking institution (if the purchase was made by credit card).
We remain available to assist our customers in their dealings with the carrier if necessary.
Return policy
A refund will be given for any return made within 7 days of the date on the shipping slip, subject to compliance with the following conditions:
- All items : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our warehouse. The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with the price tags still attached.
- Swimwear : Returned swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with price tags still attached. Returns are only accepted if the sanitary protection has not been removed. We recommend keeping your underwear on when trying it on. Returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Underwear : For hygiene reasons, no exchange or refund is applicable.
- Online purchases : Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
- Online Purchases : Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved (see conditions above), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Purchases made online cannot be refunded in-store. Purchases made online will be processed at our warehouse and refunded through our online platform.
Inventory
We make every effort to maintain an accurate inventory of our stock. However, we do not guarantee the availability of the items displayed.
- An item placed in the shopping cart is not automatically reserved and may run out.
- In case of unavailability, an item may be removed or an order canceled. In this case, we will notify you by email and you will be credited accordingly.
Final sale on seasonal clearances and additional sales
- All sales of 50% or more are final.
- No returns or exchanges are possible on these items.
- We encourage you to carefully check your purchases before finalizing your order.

Free delivery
Free shipping offer applies to orders over $100 (before taxes, fees, and discounts), shipped via standard delivery.
Exceptions: Free shipping is not available for areas with the following postal codes:
- Quebec : J0M (Nunavik)
- Nunavut : X0A (Qikiqtaaluk), X0B (Kitikmeot), X0C (Kivalliq)
- Northwest Territories : X0E (Central), X0G (Southwest)
- Yukon : Y0A (Southeast), Y0B (Central)
Some remote areas of Canada can only be served by air. In these cases, free shipping does not apply and additional charges may apply.
If additional charges are required, we will contact you. If there is no response within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
