Liability in case of delivery without signature

We undertake to ship and deliver the ordered products to the address provided by the customer. Once the carrier provides us with proof of delivery, our obligation is considered fulfilled.

Boutique Option cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
